THE OFFICIAL HOME OF
HOPKINS LEGION BASEBALL POST 320

NEW FOR 2026!
Hopkins American Legion Baseball is one of Minnesota’s premier programs, with a proven track record of success and player development. For the 2025 season, our Senior Legion team reached the State Tournament for the third time in the last five years, finishing with an 18-12-1 record. Our Junior Legion squad came just one win shy of a State berth, posting an impressive 28-15-2 record.
For the 2026 season, we are excited to field three competitive teams — the Senior Legion Flyers (2007 and younger) and two Junior Legion teams, the Millers and the Berries (2009 and younger). Players can expect top-tier coaching, challenging competition, and opportunities to grow both on and off the field, continuing our tradition of excellence and preparing athletes to play at the next level.
Train with Tier 1 Performance
For the winter of 2025-26, we will be adding a winter workout package to our program. For all players planning on playing Legion baseball next summer we will be hosting winter training at Tier 1 Performance Training. This would be a 14-week program December 1st - March 8th lifting twice a week with your age group. All players interested will pay a $625 deposit for next season. That deposit will go towards your fees for the season.
Players who tryout and are not selected for a roster will be refunded their deposit minus the training fee of ~$525.
Players who choose not to play Legion baseball after participating in winter training will not be refunded their deposit.

Greater Exposure
In addition to the Tier 1 training, we will be adding an exposure piece to our program. Our Junior Legion teams will be entering 1-2 club tournaments per team to gain additional exposure opportunities while still getting the full benefits of a Legion baseball season.
Sophomores and Juniors who make the Flyers may also have an opportunity to participate in these tournaments, but will have exposure opportunities in the Gopher Classic, Delano Stars and Stripes, and out-of-town trip at the Senior level.
We believe strongly that our program is the best place for your player to play summer ball. Our focus is on developing players to play baseball at the next level, while also developing young men who are ready to be leaders in their communities.
Please fill out this survey to help us understand your current plans on whether your player plans on playing legion baseball next summer. This is not a final decision and we are not expecting any payment at this time. We are just trying to gather numbers to help start planning and knowing who to continue to communicate with for next summer.
Players who choose to play club baseball are always welcome to come back to the legion program in a following year if they so choose.
